EarnMax Terms of Service

You must accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy to use EarnMax. These terms form a legal agreement between you and EarnMax regarding your use of our services.

EarnMax may update or change these terms at any time without prior notice or requiring your consent. Continued use of EarnMax after updates means you agree to the revised terms.

1. Account Restrictions

Only one account per person is allowed.

You may only use one account per IP address and household.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Rewards

All purchased or redeemed gift cards will be sent only to the email address linked to your EarnMax account.

Once a reward has been sent, you are responsible for its safekeeping.

EarnMax reserves the right to review your account balance, offer completions, and transactions before confirming any reward request.

Choose carefully — rewards cannot be changed once confirmed.

High-value offers may require manual review. In some cases (such as offers requiring payment), EarnMax may request additional proof of completion or a partially redacted ID before approving the request.

Most rewards are delivered within the stated timeframes, but if we suspect an offer was completed fraudulently, we reserve the right to hold it for up to 90 days for verification.

3. Referral Program

Invite new users to EarnMax and earn 10% lifetime commission on their earnings from surveys and offers.

Referred users may also receive a sign-up bonus as stated on our site at the time of registration.

4. Limitation of Liability

EarnMax and its partners are not responsible for:

• Technical issues or failures of any kind.
• Unauthorized interference with our platform or services.
• Inaccurate information or errors from third-party providers.
• Any server or application errors.
• Damage or injury to people or property resulting directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of our services.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use EarnMax at your own risk.
• Indemnify EarnMax and its partners from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services.
• Not use automated systems, bots, scripts, VPNs, or proxies to manipulate activity, bypass restrictions, or interfere with the site.
• Follow all applicable laws while using EarnMax.

6. Email Requirements

You must register with a valid, permanent email address.

Temporary or disposable email addresses are prohibited and will result in account termination and loss of rewards.

7. Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information to EarnMax.

Providing false information or attempting to manipulate your IP address or location will result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Age Requirement

EarnMax is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union, and 18 in certain regions such as India).

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover such information, it will be deleted immediately.

9. Warranty

EarnMax is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You use the site and its services at your own discretion and risk.

10. Account Termination

EarnMax may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Accounts inactive for 60 consecutive days may have their points or rewards forfeited. Inactivity includes not logging in, not completing offers, or not using the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. You are responsible for checking this page periodically for updates. The most recent version will always be posted here.
